Article 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland
The Act of 3 December 2010 on the implementation of some regulations of European Union regarding equal treatment defines the scope and methods of counteracting violations of the equal treatment principle. It also charges the Commissioner for Human Rights with additional tasks in this area.
